This book is developed based on marketing strategies of MG catering service, through the use of social networks in the city of Guayaquil. Due to the behavior that nowadays have the companies that demand the service of catering on-line. The proposal aims to improve the service of the company MG Catering through the most popular media today such as social networks. By means of the field observation method, the problem of the study was determined and a possible solution was then sought. The survey was directed to a group of companies in the city of Guayaquil, which facilitated the collection of information, thus allowing to know and establish the preferences and demand of customers, resulting in the fact that price is a determining factor when purchasing a service, as well as the use of networks for hiring a service and that their main social networks are Facebook and Instagram for the company MG Catering.
