With this locale the authors attempted to study MGNREGA and MGNREGS as source of employment to rural people, its impact on the lives and creation of assets in rural areas. The data collected from the beneficiaries has been documented by the authors with the title ¿MGNREGA- A Source of Employment Generation in Rural Areas¿- A Study.
