This study describes the influence of mass transfer on the steady two-dimensional magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) boundary layer flow of a Jeffery fluid bounded by a stretching sheet. A uniform magnetic field in the presence of chemical reaction is applied. The arising non-linear partial differential equations are reduced to non-linear ordinary differential equations by similarity variables. Similar solutions of velocity and concentration fields are derived by a homotopy analysis method (HAM). The values of surface mass transfer and gradient of mass transfer are also tabulated.

Autorenporträt
I am a student of Ph. D in Q. A. U. My research interest is in the area of Engineering. More precisely I work in fluid mechanics which is one of the fundamental branch of dynamics. I am interested in finding the solutions of non-linear problems arising in non- Newtonian fluid mechanics by using methods like Perturbation, ADM, HPM and HAM.
