PhD. Microbiology (University of Karachi). Her expertise is in Clinical Bacteriology and Parasitology. She has published extensively and her latest publication is a book on Giardiasis. She is also a recipient of Research Productivity Award. She is Professor of Microbiology at Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation, Karachi, Pakistan.
