The moors are located in the high mountains and play a very important role as generators, regulators and storage. In the months between May and October 2018, four samples were taken in the páramo of Ocetá located in the department of Boyacá. For the field phase, 25 samples were taken for each of the areas, for a total of 50 samples. Pre-enrichment of rhizospheric soil samples and isolation for cellulolytic microorganisms and phosphate solubilizers on CMC and SRS agar were performed; colonies were identified macroscopically and microscopically and characterized by biochemical tests. For the analysis of the data, normality tests, t-student and a principal component analysis were performed. Twelve microorganisms from cellulolytic and phosphate solubilizing groups were identified. The microorganism Oerskovia sp. and Cryptococcus sp. was the most frequent species for the two areas with different degree of intervention, this is due to its cellulolytic action in relation to Speletia grandiflora.
