Y. Chinna Rao est actuellement chef de département et maître de conférences au Pedanandipadu Arts and Science College, Pednandipadu, Guntur Dt. AP India. Il est titulaire d'un doctorat en économie de l'université d'Andhra. Il a participé à un cours d'orientation et à 5 cours de perfectionnement. Il a participé à un certain nombre d'ateliers et de séminaires nationaux et internationaux ; il a publié des articles dans des revues réputées.
