This study is about microfinance services provided in Burundi, their impact on the economic growth of young adults; the study focused on the period from 2010 to 2014. But there are other facilities to be provided by MFIs to young people to boost their economic activities, and the researcher recommended: improvement of the services provided to young people, provision of starting capital, creating a government funds for young entrepreneurs, among others.

Irutingabo Beni is a researcher with experience in finance, accounting, auditing and entrepreneurship. He is a lecturer at International Leadership University-Burundi, working also as a visiting lecturer in several other universities in Burundi.
