The drones and other wireless equipment have been the primary communication equipment for the transmission of data. The integrity of communication relies upon the quality of the antenna to boost signal and transmission. Similarly, the terrain also poses challenges to reduce data transmission rates concerning the New Zealand remote environment for emergency communication. The paper is an exploratory attempt to design a Microstrip antenna with precisely shapes patch to overcome terrain resistance. This paper describes the design of Microstrip patch antenna module intended for maximising data flow rate in wireless communications at a high microwave frequency. The design is simulated to validate the antenna design and transmission rate. Simulations of the design antenna show a higher data rate for medical, military and commercial services for New Zealand.
