W. Kaganov, professor MIREA, the author of 12 books on radio engineering. He worked at the Moscow Institute of radio, has developed 15 transmitters for space radio communication systems, including the one that was used for the flight of Yuri Gagarin. S.Tereshchenko, PhD, author 10 of articles. She works in the field radio communucation.
