Produktbeschreibung
The main objective of the present work was to using the microwave irradiation as a green tool in the synthesis of textile dyes. This technique offers clean, fast, efficient, and economic technology. The book starts with an introduction comprise a literature review on the microwave (history, source, mechanism .etc.) as well as their application in textile industry. The second part comprise the experimental work which begin with synthesis of aryl azopyridone dyes using two methods convention heating and microwave irradiation, then the prepared dyes are characterized via Infra- red, H-NMR, Mass spectra and element analysis. The polyester fabric is printed with print paste containing the prepared dyes. The effect of fixation temperature of the prints are studied, also fastness properties and color strength of the prints have been investigated. The prints possess very good fastness of washing, rubbing, perspiration and light.
