Dr. Pete Cade has been working in the field of education for nearly three decades, serving the migrant population in rural Southwest Florida. A former migrant student himself, Dr. Cade recognizes the power of an educational system that values all students. Dr. Cade holds a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education, with a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership. He most recently earned his Doctorate in Teacher Leadership. Dr. Cade has served as a K-6 teacher, Reading Coach, Program Specialist, Principal, and Adjunct Professor. He is currently a Media Specialist where he enjoys sharing his love of literacy with all students.
