Emelder M Tagutanazvo è post-dottorato presso l'Università dello Zimbabwe. La maggior parte del suo lavoro si concentra sul genere e sulla mobilità sociale. Il prof. Dzingirai è docente presso l'Università dello Zimbabwe. Il suo lavoro è incentrato sui fattori che influenzano la mobilità sociale.
