As we move into the future of media and technology,
society had become more involved in the media they
consume. Younger generations in past generations
have been effected and have affected media
development in various ways. This thesis dives into
the circular influence that runs the media today:
media influencing an audience which in turn
influences the media. The short film narrows roads
was created to show how one can use the media
effectively through the eyes of the audience it
tries to reach. Millenial students watch the film
and discuss themes presented and percieved with
other Millenials. The results of the those
discussions give a look into how this interaction
about visual media makes a difference in the area of
media continuing the circular influence; a circular
influence that continues to grow as we realize that
we, the everyday people, are the media.
