Autorenporträt
Andrew Goliszek, PhD is an Associate Professor of Anatomy & Physiology at North Carolina A&T State University. During the past twenty-five years, he has been both principle investigator and co-investigator on several National Institutes of Health biomedical grants. Previously, he was a research associate at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in both the departments of Physiology and Pharmacology and the department of Medicine, where he studied the effects of stress on endocrine and cardiovascular disorders during aging. Dr. Goliszek is a recipient of the prestigious College of Arts & Sciences Faculty of the Year Award. He is the author of two previous books: 60 Second Stress Management (New Horizon Press, 1993 and 2004) and In the Name of Science (St, Martins Press, 2003).
