Dr. Gail Gazelle is a globally recognized leader in physician burnout and coaching. A part-time Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, she is an International Coach Federation Master Certified Coach for physicians and physician leaders. Dr. Gazelle began her career as a hospice physician and then pivoted to become a physician coach. Over the past decade, she has coached over five hundred physician leaders and physicians.Dr. Gazelle is the author of Everyday Resilience.
