He also has consulted many organizations on their strategies and established best practices for product launches, technology retirement, and the internal negotiation decision process. He has a B. Sc degree from the University of Montreal and an M.B.A from the University of Sherbrooke. Gaëtan now lives in Scottsdale, AZ.
