MAURA BRADLEY is a certified yoga teacher and mindfulness instructor, as well as the owner and founder of Bee You Yoga, LLC. She has been teaching kids yoga and mindfulness for more than 15 years, and has trained more than 150 adults to teach yoga and mindfulness to kids nationwide. Maura currently lives at the Jersey Shore with her husband, Derek, their three kids, Emma, Will, and Maeve, and their dog, Jake.
