The mindfulness program implemented by Jeniffer Patricia Rodríguez Castro aims to prevent and combat burnout syndrome in adults of emerging age. It is based on intrapersonal and contemporary art techniques to promote mindfulness and reduce work stress. Through activities such as meditation, body scan and dialogues, it seeks to improve the emotional well-being and personal fulfillment of the participants. Preliminary results show a decrease in the levels of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization, as well as an increase in personal fulfillment. This holistic and creative approach seeks to improve the quality of work life and promote mental health in the workplace.
