Are you looking for a balanced approach to life? Mindset in daily life provides insight into how impatience, tension and frustration can be transformed into confidence and enjoyment. It is essentially simple: everything begins with a choice. Do we lose ourselves and our mental energy to: Story Thinking? Or do we choose to be relaxed and alert at the same time: Action Thinking? Jackie Reardon, mental coach, Friendly Eyes founder and former professional tennis player, has trained a wide array of Olympic athletes and elite performers. She uses unorthodox concentration exercises with sport as a metaphor to improve their focus and awareness. Combining her expertise in professional sport and meditation she has developed an online training platform 'Friendly Eyes' to guide and assist anyone who wants to get the best out of themselves. Friendly Eyes means: being kind to ourselves, being kind to others and learning to observe without judgment.
