Autorenporträt
GEORGE FIEDLER, a native of Mineral Point, received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1926. He practiced law in Chicago until 1962, when he was elected judge of the Superior Court of Cook County. He lived in Winnetka, Illinois, until his death in 1981, and long maintained a summer home in Mineral Point which dated from 1853.
