Master's Thesis from the year 2011 in the subject Literature - Comparative Literature, grade: A, University of Latvia, language: Lithuanian, abstract: Master thesis "Minna Canth, Aspasia and Jevdokija Rostopcina: the New Age in Literature" is devoted to the investigation of women's literary tradition on its different artistic levels. The aim of current research is to define the structural features of intercultural women's literary tradition and to point out its development tendencies in the historical borders of XIX century. As an analytical subject are used Russian, Latvian and Finnish women's texts. Current paper could be perceived as the first attempt in the investigation of women's narrative practice from its international perspective. In the analysis of selected texts is used interdiciplinary research method and therefore current paper could catch the interest of the wide range of readers or narrateers.
