When I first became a Christian in 1980, I thought prayer was a means of letting someone in the same room know that you cared about them. It did not take long for God to prove my thought to be a false assumption. This is a story about how the sovereign Lord of this universe, graciously and methodically removed the trash that was in my life, and replaced it with confident expectation through effective prayer. Over the years, I have discovered that many Christians prefer to stay in a condition of immaturity regarding the Bible, its truth, and its power. Unfortunately, many Christians don't even know the final words of Jesus; therefore, they have no desire to fulfill his final command. No obedience means no JOY. Perhaps that will change soon, and I pray that I'll see you in the sky one day. Noel Fuller.
