In her work with clients, Gayle makes use of cognitive behavioral therapy, Jungian principles, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing EMDR, body-centered psychotherapy, yoga, iRest yoga nidra meditation, and Imago marital therapy. Her expertise has proven helpful for clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship problems, and greater spiritual development.
