Deborah Dilks aka Debby Dilks grew up in northwest Missouri and moved south to the Greater Kansas City Area upon graduating from high school. She is married with two children, four grandchildren and a multitude of people she considers her children and grandchildren from all over the world. After thirty-three years working at the University of Missouri Kansas City in the School of Computing and Engineering, she retired and now has the time to following her first passion of writing. Debby's second passion is genealogy. This is her second book about her mother.
