Marcus A. Oksa, MS, RCP, is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has been a Baldrige facilitator and coach for multiple organizations. Marcus has served as President of the Wisconsin Medical Group Management Association (WMGMA) and is an Adjunct Faculty member at Bellin College and Marian University. Throughout his 20-year career Marcus has developed new, innovative methodologies for problem identification, waste reduction, strategic and tactical definition, and process and organizational mapping. His techniques have been successfully applied in every department of a healthcare system with remarkable success. In addition to the anticipated outcomes of Lean Six Sigma cost and variation reduction, his projects have improved morale, built cohesive work groups, and empowered people to appreciate their work. Michael D. Wentworth, ASD, has a 35-year career consulting in sales, marketing, advertising and market research for for-profit and non-profit organizations in virtually every market sector from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies including private equity firms. During his career, Michael has developed innovative methods in sales, competitive intelligence and qualitative research.
