is an expert at building multicultural congregations with her husband, Rev. Jeff Howard(PCUSA). Her vision is to help churches by transforming them into growing multicultural churches. She is a graduate of Hanil Theological Seminary(MDiv.) in S-Korea, Fuller Theological Seminary(MA), and San Francisco Theological Seminary(DMin.) in the U.S.A..
