Mister Vincent's Christmas Tree is a fable-a story meant to entertain as well as to teach. It is a portrait of the famous artist Vincent van Gogh that involves real people and places in the life of the artist-Postmaster Joseph Roulin, the Potato Eaters, Langlois Bridge, the Yellow House-and weaves together events that may or should have happened along with some that are entirely imagined. This story was written for everyone-young and old, rich and poor-who loves art, color, good stories, and, especially, the spirit of giving joy. Make this story and this beautifully designed book part of your Christmas celebrations-this year and every year.…mehr

Autorenporträt
K. S. Hardy lives in the aptly named town of Cygnet, Ohio, in the heart of what once was known as the Black Swamp and also still has an actual oil field beneath its streets. Almost daily the village is visited by a bald eagle on its supper rounds. A pheasant once walked up to Hardy's dining room bay window but refused to come in. Hardy decided to become a writer at the age of fifteen. He has had an uncountable number of short stories and poems published by literary journals worldwide. Hardy's collection of poetry, Natural History: Interpretations of Flora and Fauna, is also available from Shanti Arts.
