The root-knot nematode Meloidogyne incognita is expected to be found in soils of fruit trees grooves, ornamental plants, vegetable and field crops, causing various types of injury according to its infestation level . The capital concern of this work , was interested in searching for some mites which proved to be abound in Mansoura district . Preliminary survey assured that , each of the acarid mites Tyrolichus sp. and Tyroglyphus sp. belong to family Aacaridae, sub- order Astigmata were abound in the fowl organic manure .Accordingly, the present study was oriented towards the possibility of rearing each of the above mentioned mite species on Meloidogyne incognita egg- masses, so as to measure the duration and feeding capacity of their different developmental stages of these mites, together with their fecundity, at the three temperature degrees 20 , 25 and 30 C & 55- 70 % RH .
