It is powered by a 4N13 1.8 litre four cylinder turbodiesel engine, mated to the company's new SST twin-clutch transmission, and meets the Euro V 2009 European emission standards. Much of the interior trim uses Mitsubishi's Green Plastic, a plant-based resin material not derived from petroleum as traditional plastics are.
