Mayegu Moses Bwoya est né le 3/8/1978. Il est écrivain indépendant et possède une expérience de plus de treize ans dans le domaine de l'application de la loi. Il est également titulaire d'une maîtrise en droits de l'homme de l'université de Makerere et d'une maîtrise en paix, sécurité et gouvernance de l'université de la paix.
