To reduce certain amount of packet losses and delay we will use a partial bicasting with buffering scheme. In proposed scheme, the bicasting is implemented in the "partial" region between the Mobile Access Gateway (MAG) and the Local Mobility Anchor (LMA) when a sensor node comes in the handover domain. At MAGnew data packets are buffered throughout handover to forward to sensors nodes and to decrease data losses.
