Autorenporträt
Chandra Shekhar came to the US from India in 1987 to study Artificial Intelligence. After more than a decade of work on self-driving vehicles, facial recognition, and video surveillance, he switched to the less lucrative but more benign career of science journalism, and then to fiction writing. Mock My Words is his first published novel. Chandra is also a prolific writer of short stories, flash fiction, and humorous verse. An illustrated collection of his shorter works, titled Unintended Consequences, Illogical Extremes, and Other Ironies of Life, will be published this year.
