Another category of low-skilled or unqualified teachers, hired and paid to teach in public schools so that their children can attend school, has been set up by the association of poor parents. The aim of this article is to model information systems for the administrative, collective and pedagogical management of these teachers. How can these teachers be mobilized to collect the information needed for their management information system? A systemic and global approach to an information system and an organization is taken to reach the different stages of information processing in the management of these teachers in Madagascar.
