Mr. Muluye studied in Ethiopia at Hawassa University where he completed his BSC in Applied statistics. He continued for MSC degree, in graduate studies at Jimma University pursuing MSc in Biostatistcs which was achieved in 2011. He is now a lecture at Debre Markos University teaching Statistics.
