This paper addresses the development of an average value based model, for the network dynamics of a predominantly scattered and geographically dependent consumer distribution system. The continuous observation of the load currents in three different phases of distribution transformers, fixation of its average values on real time basis, mathematical model development with the above average value as base factor are the basic steps of this method, which subsequently leads to a time based dynamics. The validation of the so developed model is done by experimenting in a working system.
