Autorenporträt
Paola Malpezzi Price was born in Italy,where she received most of her education. She first came to the United States as an American Field Service exchange student and later pursued her doctorate in this country. She holds a PhD in Romance Languages, with specialization in French and Italian literatures of the Middle Ages and the Renaissance from the University of Oregon. She has published several articles and book chapters on Christine de Pizan, Isabella di Morra,Chiara Matraini, Moderata Fonte, Lucrezia Marinella, and Fausta Cialente. She currently teaches at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, where she chairs The Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures. She and her husband have two daughters and run a bicycling and walking company in Europe and in Central and South America.
