In the monograph the theory of quality management of educational services in higher education institutions and modern principles of quality management of educational services is researched and the results of a study of the quality management problems of higher education in the preparation of highly qualified specialists for the economy of Uzbekistan discussed. The factors affecting the quality of education and ensuring the competitiveness of native higher educational institutions in the educational services market are identified and analyzed. To achieve this goal, we used a combination of methods: analysis, synthesis, generalization and questioning. Our results can contribute to the basis for effective quality management in higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
