This book, set out in the form of a monograph as part of the thesis research, consists of an introduction, two chapters, six paragraphs, a conclusion and a bibliography. The book is an attempt of the author to offer the user the peculiarities and general constitutional law and legislation of a modern state. To this end, in a comparative-legal aspect in detail and comprehensively investigate the Constitution of Russia and Kazakhstan, the Constitutions (Charters) of subjects of Russia and legislation, including their impact on the state-legal system as a whole and the practice, forms of state structure and government. With application of research methods and techniques generalized conclusions are made, new hypotheses, theories and concepts which, in opinion of the author, can promote development of a modern science, including the constitutional law of the named countries are put forward in the form of novelty.
