Dr. Jeffrey Sterling is a former three-term SNMA Chairman of the Board. He is the organization's first Emeritus officer, and SNMA named its first endowment fund in his honor. Dr. Sterling is President and CEO of Sterling Initiatives, LLC, a global healthcare consulting and implementation firm assisting entities in incorporating best practices. Dr. Sharon Allison-Ottey is a former SNMA Chairwoman of the Board. She is the organization's first woman honored as an emeritus officer. Dr. Allison-Ottey is the Founder and CEO of both Carlden Media, Marketing and Publishing and Beautiful Woman Inside and Out, Inc.
