Nade¿da ¿ubara a obtenu son diplôme à la Faculté d'ingénierie mécanique de Belgrade en 1975. À la chaire d'ingénierie ferroviaire, elle a soutenu sa thèse de maîtrise en 1997, et sa thèse de doctorat en 2001. Elle a travaillé à l'Institut "Kirilo Savic" de Belgrade jusqu'en 2004. Elle est professeur à l'École supérieure d'études professionnelles des chemins de fer de Belgrade.
