Lavdosh Ahmetaj è autore di diversi libri e articoli. Ha conseguito un dottorato di ricerca in Storia e uno in Filosofia presso l'Università di Tirana, in Albania. Ha dedicato molti anni al lavoro di ricerca nell'area della filosofia politica. Ahmtaj è professore associato e vice rettore dell'Università "Aleksander Moisiu", Albania.
