PREFACEThis research handbook is an exciting venture that has been produced in response to transformation and paradigm shift from the traditional teaching method. It entails scientific research investigation approaches and process that nature knowledge generation by graduates in sub-saharan Africa in general. The is en tended indicatively, broaden and widen students understanding of the paradigm and development of new scientific knowledge, through data analysis and interpretations. The author came up with empirical paradigm of making research methodology handbook made simple. It is aimed at providing exciting overview of investigated approaches in higher education sector in Uganda that is mandate to develop a research culture. The research values and innovations enshrined in this handbook will lead explorations of views on how to improve on the quality of research within Great Lakes Region universities.This initiative covers a qualitative-multiple case study and gives empirical evidence from Uganda.These are informed by interviews, focus group discussions and documentary review methods facilitate the data collection process.
