John Eng is a writer, director, designer, and photographer living a "1960s Modern" life. A preservationist and photographer, Adriene Biondo worked with the City of Los Angeles and Los Angeles Conservancy to create a historic district for the 1963-64 Balboa Highlands Eichler tract, now an officially designated Historic Preservation Overlay Zone.
