Mukhamedjanova N. M. trabalhou no sistema de ensino secundário geral durante 20 anos. Em 1997 defendeu a sua tese de candidatura, em 2007 - a sua tese de doutoramento na especialidade: Teoria e História da Cultura. Actualmente, ela trabalha como chefe do Departamento de Filosofia, Estudos Culturais e Sociologia na Universidade Estatal de Orenburg.
