Dr. IFEYINWA OGOCHUKWU OKEKE is a Research consultant with PhD(Hydrology) and M.Sc Geography from University of Lagos, Nigeria; B.Sc.Ed from University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Dr. Okeke is an alumnus of Harvard (HGSE) Massachusetts, USA and UNESCO-IHE Delft, The Netherlands with lots of scholarly publications. Dr. Ify is married to Barr. Donatus Okeke.
