Non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) regulate the expression of genes at the transcriptional and post-transcriptional level. They both interact not only with each other but also with other intracellular components to modulate the inter-related steps and mediators of regulated forms of cell death, such as necrosis and apoptosis.
