Prof. Salah TOUIL, Profesor Habilité de la Universidad Sultán Moulay Slimane - Marruecos. Tiene un doctorado de la Universidad de Montpellier - Francia y de la Universidad Ibn Zohr - Marruecos en 2006. Es miembro del Laboratorio de Ingeniería de Procesos, Informática y Matemáticas (LIPIM) de la ENSA - Khouribga.
