Current diagnosis of Alzheimer's relies largely on documenting mental decline. Nowadays, in the most cases, the late diagnosis of the AD is a significant problem in the medical field. Thus, early detection of the AD is the key to avoid the neurodegenerative features that cause damage to the brain cells. Beta-amyloid (Abeta) is one of the major biomarkers of AD disease as well as Tau protein both proteins can be found in a Cerebrospinal fluid, but only the Abeta can be found in the blood circulation. Nanotechnology has been an increasingly important role in the development of biosensors. The sensitivity and performance of biosensors are being improved by using nanomaterial for their construction, one of these nanomaterials is a carbon nanotube. Molecular dynamic simulation of carbon nanotube binding with Abeta42 is my major goal in this work. Binding of carbon nanotube successful with Amyloid beta 42 can be the first step toward designing a biosensor that can be very useful for anearly detection of Alzheimer disease.
