Molecular analysis of tissue of biting lice from species Menacanthus stramineus using conventional polymerase chain reaction PCR to the emergence of gene diagnostic B1(399bp) specific Toxoplasma gondii parasite in 12 sample of the total samples tested , about 22 samples percentage 54.54% which indicates presence of the parasite and the lice ability to transfer parasite within his body parts.
