Dr. Isaías C. Rodríguez is a national early childhood consultant, a children's book author, and a native Texan. Dr. Rodríguez earned his PhD in school administration with an emphasis in early childhood education from the University of Texas-Pan American. Dr. Rodríguez has enjoyed working with children, families, university students, educators, and administrators for over twenty-five years as a bilingual teacher, mentor, administrator, consultant, lecturer/professor, and a speech language pathologist assistant throughout the state of Texas in the following settings: early childcare centers, the Texas Migrant Council, Communities In Schools of Texas, Hidalgo County Head Start Program, Texas public schools, IDEA Public Schools, the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, the University of Texas at Houston Health Science Center, and the Texas A&M Research Foundation. He resides in South Texas where he enjoys sitting on his porch admiring his garden and nature, baking and cooking, traveling, and writing children's books.
